What can I say….!!? Definitely the most amazing, creative, chilled out, friendly and colourful festival Ireland has ever seen!! The festival was filled with magical areas to hang out and rest your body while nourishing your soul!! Friendship nests, mad hatters tea parties, swings, heart and rainbow filled forests and of course the amazing hot tub experience under the stars!!!
Musically, Body and Soul is an eclectic mix of folk, reggae, rock, techno and trad, It is the kind of festival you could even bring your mother to (depending how cool she is of course)!!! It was also a very family orientated event, lots of cute hippy kids running around playing games and having the time of their lives dressing up for Body and Soul’s annual masquerade ball!!!
The universe treated us well weather wise, in the midst of a 10 day down pour we got 2 days of almost pure sunshine, it was amazing, I even got a tan!!!!
More festivals on the way this summer, but none will compare!!

Heading to The Academy 2 on July 16 to photograph The Ambertones first gig in The Academy 2!!! It’s a big night for the lads!! Tickets are €7 and are available on Ticketmaster!!!

Altern 8 @ Kennedys, Dublin NYE 2010

Surge Dublin + Warehouse collective had a WHOPPER gig on New Years eve 2010……

ex Altern 8 (MarkII) rang in the new year with their legendary track FREQUENCY!!!
